Music tends to distract me. I find myself paying close attention to hear all the instruments. lol However, I do like having my fountain making its happy laughter. Very soothing! Moon666Childfor me - Meditation means Focus - whatever it is. Through Focus, the mind gets still, and harness energy to accomplish the task at hand!I am living it up!------------------Welcome to my blog The Rechargehouse!lotusheartoneI live here and there, constantly, naturally, if I have to go to work, or appointments...life errands, I have to bring my focus, to this plane more, other-wise, I am constantly here in this plane, and also at the same time, in the realm of Heaven...it is not separate for me...I hope I explained that correctly, when my attention is needed, then I naturally turn ny attention to where it is needed...like being on call. ...Hope that made sense... .LOts of LOve to ALLListensToTrees Mannu Its hard for me to do meditation in a group. I pick up others thoughts when in a group. I sit in a closed room close my eyes and go in to a thoughtless state Fortunately our creators made sure our breadth and other vital body functions are not in the control of mind. Once when I was intensely seeking I met a guru. That time the group didn't worry me so much, my whole focus was on finding the truth. Actually thats a false statement too. I was just being me. Not many needs, not many desires, not asking for signs. I was so totally tuned with this guru, that I saw the cosmos, I was it and it was me. It had boundary but appeared to be boundless. Its hard to describe the feeling and experience. No language can justify the experience. Cheers.
